We do not log personal data/ information without your input and permission. Parties privy to this information are TKL and a small portion of location data is passed on to cool stores.

Web server statistics

Once a job is selected by a driver, our web server records data from your phone location throughout your journey and logs the following information for operational purposes:

• Your IP address
• Phone GPS location and date and time
• Your TKL app version that you have installed

Your details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and will never be added to any mailing list without your prior permission. We will not use or disclose your details to a third-party without your consent other than cool store users that have access to our application.

Our Privacy Policy and our approach to privacy adheres to the New Zealand Government’s National Privacy Principles contained within the Privacy Act. If you have a question about our Privacy Policy, or would like to gain access to information we might hold about you, please contact us.

TKL records information related to location, app version, date and time, for tasks being performed. We do not disclose information to any third parties, the data collected is solely used within TKL to provide information to the TKL operations team for real time management and administrative purposes and relevant location data passed on to cool store users.
